On May 21st, 2025, at just 42 years old, Jerome “Brock” Parker left this world for eternity. A loyal son, a loving husband, an unforgettable father, and a fierce friend, Brock was a proud member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. From a young age, he embodied strength, purpose, and kindness.
He won a GNCC ATV race at the age of 15, and by 2003, he was a member of Kawasaki’s Team Green. But Brock was more than simply a racer; he was a visionary, a builder, and a man of grace and tenacity. He co-founded the Parker Mill and established War Paint Enterprises, converting a historic location into a space where people might celebrate love, much as he had done with Alexis.
But “Dada” was his proudest title. Amelia Marie, his daughter, was his “widow baby” and his light. He did everything for her.
Brock was a guy of unending brilliance and calm might who could create, construct, or repair anything. He never met a stranger, traveled the world, and made everyone laugh.
His loss is immeasurable, but so is the love he leaves behind.
Join us as we celebrate his life on Saturday, May 31st, at 3:00 p.m. at the Parker Mill.
Rest easy, Brock—your light still shines in every life you touched.
